     Operation Christmas Child is about giving gifts to poor kids who wouldn't get any gift otherwise.

Let me put is simply: No Jesus = no christmas

                               No Christmas = no giving presents

                               No giving presents= No OCC therefore:        No Jesus=no OCC!!

     Christmas is the celebration of Jesus' birthday. Right? And Christianity is about a relationship with God, so you can know Jesus. The gifts they give are physical, but the greatest tragedy about deaths the places OCC go to is that people there die with no hope of Eternal Life after death with Jesus. Therefore the greastest gift OCC can and does give is the gift of Jesus.

     And trust me- that is the greatest gift you can have. Do any of you on this website actually have a relationship with Jesus? It's great, I tell you. There's tons of stuff it brings with it- e.g.

- the best bit is the overwhelming LOVE, JOY AND PEACE that comes with it. When i say overwhelming, I mean it.

- the destruction of slavery to sin

- freedom- before God, i was a SLAVE to sin. Couldn't get out if i tried. Now it's as easy as pie.

     Don't want to bore you with the long list of even more details, just want to let you know it's the greatest thing that ever happened to me.

     And here's the logic that shows that Jesus is the only way to heaven-

     In the Old Testament, there is a really accurate Jesus prophecy in Isaiah 53 that says He won't lie. Right? And in the New Testament Jesus challenges the Pharisees, but none of them can prove he's ever lied. AND Jesus says that "No one can get to the Father except through me". So he's the only way to God. See my logic? And if you don't believe in the bible, just look on the web to see how it is described as  "the most accurate historical document of the ancient world" and "99% accurate".

     And it isn't religious hatred, either. Religious hatred is when someone from 1 religion hates another religion and goes and kills every sikh, muslim, christian, jew, etc. he sees. THIS is what I call religious love- loving the people, but hating the fact they don't know Jesus and therefore can't get to God, and so out of love trying to bring them to Jesus.

     This probably has nothing at all to do with the post I'm replying to, but hey, just wanted to let you in on the Truth.
